Qualifications
•Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A
•Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company
•Experience and education may be substituted for one another
•Knowledge of the uses of medicinal cannabis and different methods of medicating
•Knowledge of cannabis brands and products available on the market
•General knowledge of cannabis product regulations including dispensing procedures and patient transaction limits
•Excellent communication, customer service skills
•Ability to know when a person is Underage or if License is forged
•Ability to work in a faced paced environment
Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensuring patients and customers are checked in, and answering first line defense questions
- From helping man the phones, to navigating recommendations
- Check-in Patient's and ensure New Patient information get's reported in our system accurately
- Provides patients with education and information about medical cannabis and its uses
- Assists management staff with daily operational needs
- Maintain a clean and professional environment for patients when they walk in
