We are seeking experienced cleaners for commercial cleaning roles in various settings such as offices, industrial spaces, schools, and commercial kitchens. The ideal candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Requirements:
•Prior experience in both residential and commercial cleaning.
•Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards.
•Ability to work efficiently and independently.
•Effective communication skills for potential collaboration with other cleaning staff.
•Familiarity with various cleaning materials and tools suitable for different surfaces.
•Adaptability to changing cleaning needs and effective task prioritization.
•Experience in cleaning chandeliers, lamps, and intricate fixtures with attention to detail.
•Experience using a pressure washer to clean terraces, balconies, and side stairs effectively.
Materials and Tools:
•Candidates are expected to provide their own cleaning materials and tools. This includes scrub brushes, mops, vacuum cleaners, dusters, and cleaning solutions. Ownership of a pressure washer for outdoor cleaning is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
