AND WE WANT YOU TO HELP US DO IT! We are thrilled to announce the opening for a SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER at Tournaman. As we are ready to launch and onboard users, our first users will be contest creators who will be hosting contests as a side hustle and earning money through our platform. To kickstart our growth and implementation of the go-to-market strategy, we need a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager who can bring users to start using Tournaman.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract 100 CONTEST CREATORS to Tournaman.
- Utilize various marketing channels to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and implement the go-to-market strategy.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify potential partnerships and collaborations to expand Tournaman's user base.
- Participate in meetings to brainstorm and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
VERY IMPORTANT!!!! TEST PHASE AND POTENTIAL GROWTH:
To ensure the candidate's ability to deliver results, there will be a test phase where they will be tasked with proving their capacity to acquire 100 CONTEST CREATORS on Tournaman. Successful completion of this test phase will lead to a full-time position as a Sales and Marketing Manager with a potential path to becoming the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the company. Additionally, there will be potential opportunities for owning shares in Tournaman, reflecting their valuable contributions to the company's growth. IMPORTANT NOTE: During the test phase, candidates will not receive a base salary. This phase is designed to evaluate their capabilities in acquiring 100 contest creators for Tournaman. Once they successfully demonstrate their ability to bring in contest creators, we will initiate discussions about the Sales and Marketing Manager position and the corresponding compensation package. This approach ensures that the selected candidate is driven by results and aligns with Tournaman's commitment to rewarding performance and excellence.
COMPENSATION:
The full-time job position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $5000-$7000 monthly, depending on experience and expertise. Further, the Sales and Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to increase their compensation through successfully implementing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition.
