We are a dynamic and client focused cosmetic dermatology and medical aesthetics company specializing in injectables and laser technology to provide facial and body rejuvenation. We are small but mighty team of skilled practitioners who work together to care for our clients and help them achieve their desired results.

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support to the staff.

You will welcome clients and greet anyone who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and answering phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes clients positively and executes all administrative tasks beyond what is expected and with extreme ownership.

The Receptionist will:

1. Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person's visit and direct or escort him or her to the appropriate location.

2. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments.

3. Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

4. Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.

5. Perform basic filing and recordkeeping.

6. Keep the practice clean, tidy, sanitized, and organized as required

Education/Training Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or similar experience.

Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with EMR systems; Nextech preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
