Our team's main objective is to address the financial challenges faced by our Long Term Care (LTC) business. We focus on implementing rate adjustments for LTC policies with high margin and loss ratio issues. As an Analyst, your role will involve supporting these rate adjustments, handling annual filings and rate certifications, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. You'll play a crucial part in leading our team, managing documentation and communication of results, and analyzing model outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for rate increase filings in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Complete annual filings as required by regulations.
- Generate annual rate certifications.
- Review rate increase filings and associated tools.
- Maintain and update models and processes.
- Manage documentation and stay up-to-date with regulations.
- Assist in onboarding new team members.
- Provide support for product-related inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate on training new team members.
- Develop management reports and interactive dashboards.
