Health Benefits is seeking a Plan Document Associate. The Plan Document Associate is responsible for preparing summary plan descriptions and/or group policies for client benefit plans that are less complex and/or less than 100 lives.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Works closely with internal and/or external customers to prepare Summary Plan Descriptions and/or group policies.
  • Prepares amendments/booklet certificates, as appropriate for clients with less complex cases and/or less than 100 lives.
  • Prepares and distributes group specific documents.
  • Other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines
  • Ability to investigate and problem solve
  • Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to provide exemplary service to internal and external customer
  • Detail oriented, organized and strong analytical skills

The compensation range for this Plan Document Associate role is $17.28 to $32.44. The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
