Company we are providing our renowned service to hospitals and clinics across the United States,
candidate for Medical Record Abstractionist.
Roles & responsibilities:
Medical Record Review involves a detailed analysis of the medical records of a patient, which may
include physician/nursing notes, diagnostic tests (lab tests, ECG, X‐ray and other imaging tests),
ambulance call reports, emergency department reports. Our job is to read through the entire medical
records and summarize/concise only medical records and arrange in chronological order.
We are looking for fresher BDS, BAMS, BHMS, M. Phar/D.Pharmacy, and Nursing. And also QAs, Proofers
and Direct upload MTs with minimum 5 years experienced candidates
