Customer Experience Manager [United States]


 

Axiom is hiring a Customer Experience Manager to join our Claims and Customer Service Team. The right candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience by training and developing specialists on home and electronics warranties and helping to build a network of service providers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire claims process, from the moment a claim is filed to its resolution
  • Lead a team of claims adjusters and support staff, ensuring that the claims process is smooth, efficient, and customer focused
  • Analyze claims data to identify areas for improvement, develop policies and procedures to streamline the claims process, and collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to improve the overall customer experience
  • Responsible for building relationships and partnerships to develop a service network that can deliver the best possible service to our customers
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping our culture and ensuring that our customer experience is top-notch
  • Analyze claims data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
  • Always think forward and identify new ways to enhance the customer experience during the claims process
  • Drive a customer-focused culture across the company by leading by example
  • Ensure that the claims process adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, technical school, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in claims management within the home warranty industry
  • Proficient use of Microsoft and web-based applications
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule if you live with in 50 miles of our headquarters, in O'Fallon, Missouri. If more then 50 miles, then a fully remote position is negotiable.
