Attorney Recruiting Assistant (Hybrid)

Description:
The Attorney Recruiting Assistant will support the Attorney Recruiting Coordinator with attorney recruitment efforts for the firm. This is a hybrid position and is expected to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • $ads={1}

    Assist with scheduling and type interview schedules for candidates and distribute of same.
  • Assist with the scheduling of on-campus interview dates and transmission of materials to law schools, including interview room reservations.
  • Assist with airline and hotel reservations for candidates interviewing in the office.
  • Assist with planning and implementation of summer clerk program including location of housing, update and distribution of manuals, work assignments and events.
  • Maintain recruiting database including initial input and update of resumes.
  • Receive and processes all incoming correspondence.
  • Type correspondence and response letters for Attorney Recruiting Coordinator or Hiring Partner signature.
  • Screen telephone calls and record messages; handle routine inquiries.
  • Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in law firm or corporate environment preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • Knowledge of database management software. Experience with LawCruit or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Strong verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality, diplomacy and responsiveness.
Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
In accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position is $25.30 - $37.90 hourly. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
