We are a consulting company that helps our clients professionalize their sponsorship program. We support clients from all different backgrounds achieve their sponsorship goals and increase their impact. Many of our clients join our program not knowing a single thing about their property, audience or value and within 90 days sell six-figure sponsorship deals!

About the role

Our company is completely virtual. This is a job that you can do anywhere that has a good internet connection. You will be responsible for ensuring our Sales Manager has all necessary data, information, and updated processes to best support the Sales Team in their mission to drive revenue for the company.

Responsibilities

● Know and understand the in’s and out’s of our sales team’s operations

● Update and manage all Sales Team data

● Manage Sales Team calendar

● Monitor all CRM operations done by Sales Team

● Ensure basic SOPs are being followed by Sales Team

● Provide any logistics required for a sales call (ie - zoom link)

● Update prospects on any changes that affect them within Sales Team operations

● Follow, update, or create SOPs for Sales Team operations

● Take notes on all Sales Team huddles

● Keep tabs on operational needs of the Sales Team and communicate them to Sales Manager

● Provide daily updates to Sales Manager

Requirements

○ Provide results above and beyond what is expected, always aiming to over deliver

○ Ability to work as a team and individually

○ Ability to seek out answers and problem-solve with little input from supervisor

○ Consistent, friendly, and professional demeanor

○ Excellent data collection and problem-solving skills

○ Be available to work 37.5 hours per week between the hours 8AM - 6PM EST

○ Access to a reliable computer, internet, and webcam in a quiet workspace free of distractions

○ Strong computer skills, experience and working knowledge of GSuite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, and Docs) and Facebook

Job Type:

● 1099 Contractor

● Full-time (37.5 hours)

Remuneration:

$20 USD/Hour
