The Physical Security System and Technology team aims to provide employees with a safe working environment by implementing integrated intelligent systems, maintaining efficient system operations, constructing work areas aligned with security strategies, and more. Our team focuses on using systematic tools to support physical security management and safeguard the company's operations globally.

We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Systems Experience Manager professional to bolster our Physical Security Systems team. This role involves collaborating with global cross-functional teams to design and implement employee-centered security strategies, conducting comprehensive assessments of existing systems, and gathering employee feedback to refine designs and processes. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in user-centric testing, integrating feedback mechanisms, and ensuring continuous enhancement of security systems while maintaining meticulous records and reports for leadership evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams to design and implement employee-centric physical security strategies that prioritize safety and a positive experience.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of our current physical security systems, focusing on their impact on employee experience and safety. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements to create a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Engage in regular interactions with employees to gather feedback on their interactions with access control systems. Utilize this feedback to fine-tune system designs and processes, ensuring a seamless and non-intrusive experience.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to integrate feedback mechanisms within the physical security systems, allowing employees to report concerns, incidents, or suggestions for improvement.
  • Conduct user-centric testing, including scenario simulations, to assess the effectiveness of physical security systems during emergency situations. Propose adjustments to ensure employee safety remains a top priority.
  • Maintain detailed records of employee feedback, system assessments, and any incidents related to physical security. Compile and present reports to leadership, highlighting improvements made and areas for ongoing enhancement.
  • Regularly monitor and audit various physical security systems to detect and address anomalies, issues, or potential security breaches.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of conducting employee research on a global scale, including designing surveys, collecting data, and analyzing results to drive actionable insights.
  • Ability to translate employee feedback into actionable recommendations for system improvements.
  • Experience with usability testing, user experience evaluation, and user-centric design principles.
  • Proficiency in research methodologies, data collection, and analysis techniques.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment and willingness to learn about new industries and subjects.
  • Project management skills for coordinating initiatives to enhance employee experience and safety.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing security risks and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $99000 - $190000 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
