We are growing our Contract Management Team and looking for an excellent communicator who is able to work with a diverse set of stakeholders. The person we are looking for on our team will need to complete quality work within deadlines, have the ability to occasionally work extended hours, and have a dedicated office where they can conduct Teams meetings without distractions.
This position can be located at our Lenexa, KS office, Monett, MO office, Springfield, MO office or remote across the U.S.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Reviews contracts to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformity. Answers contract related questions. May make revisions in order to comply with requirements and guidelines.
- Reviews negotiated terms of a contract with sales team and determine which issues are deemed business issues to be managed internally and which issues need to be reviewed by the legal department.
- Prepares an “Issues List” document for legal department; includes issues to be reviewed or resolved on a particular contract and recommendations based on customer needs.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Minimum of five years of experience with contracts.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer relation, organizational, technical, and project management skills.
- Able to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. Works on moderately complex and diverse projects. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of the financial industry and company products and services.
