A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER SPECIALIST
As a Call Center Specialist, you start each day ready to use your fantastic interpersonal and communication skills to help book appointments and keep our plumbers busy. Most of your time is spent on the phone. You make and take phone calls to schedule service appointments and answer customer questions. With every phone call you make, use your active listening skills and lend an empathetic ear. From start to finish, you are sure to provide excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Comfortable sitting for long periods of time
Call center experience in the plumbing/electrical/HVAC industry is a plus! Are you a customer service rockstar? Do you have a passion for helping people and meeting their needs? Do you have a positive attitude? Are you articulate and confident with great communication skills? If so, you may be perfect for this position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This part-time position works Monday & Tuesday from 4pm-8pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 12pm-4pm.
