Located on Hillsborough Street, across adjacent to the iconic Memorial Bell Tower at North Carolina State University, the Aloft Raleigh hotel’s vibe is consistent with the youthfulness and vibrancy Raleigh is known for. From its sassy rooms with modern flair to its social WXYZ bar and remix lounge, a stay at Aloft Raleigh cannot be matched. The 135-room hotel is minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, District Village.

The Aloft Raleigh is looking for enthusiastic House Attendants to provide excellent service to our guest. The successful candidate will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service to exceed our guest expectations. The candidate will perform a combination of duties including but not limited to:

  • Cleaning of lobby, and all public areas of the hotel.
  • Deliver clean linen to housekeeping staff throughout hotel and collect dirty linen.
  • Collection and disposal of garbage from hotel.
  • Ensure the room attendant carts are stocked throughout the day.
  • Consistently create a positive guest and fellow associate experience.
  • Work on cleaning and other maintenance projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous hotel houseman experience preferred, however not required.
  • Positive interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills
  • Frequently lift or carry up to 10-50 pounds.
  • Standing or walking for long periods of time.
  • Training is available for the right person.
