The Aloft Raleigh is looking for enthusiastic House Attendants to provide excellent service to our guest. The successful candidate will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service to exceed our guest expectations. The candidate will perform a combination of duties including but not limited to:
- Cleaning of lobby, and all public areas of the hotel.
- Deliver clean linen to housekeeping staff throughout hotel and collect dirty linen.
- Collection and disposal of garbage from hotel.
- Ensure the room attendant carts are stocked throughout the day.
- Consistently create a positive guest and fellow associate experience.
- Work on cleaning and other maintenance projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Previous hotel houseman experience preferred, however not required.
- Positive interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills
- Frequently lift or carry up to 10-50 pounds.
- Standing or walking for long periods of time.
- Training is available for the right person.
