About the role:
Join our Service Lifecycle Management team today! As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to create a feasible implementation roadmap for our best-in-class products that will define the world of fintech. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker. You'll have the chance to collaborate with a variety of internal teams while making an impact to our product deployments and operational activities.


What you will be doing:

  • Conduct various types of research and analysis to support business operations of an internal business segment, division, group or line of business and presents findings to manager or project leader
  • Plans and designs business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist management in resolving business issues in an effective and productive manner.
  • Design, document and re-engineer business processes and publish business metrics results.
  • Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards.
  • Working with product management, stakeholders, peers and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team.
  • Driving improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities.
  • May train internal employees on changes to business practices, processes or procedures.
  • May perform special projects upon request and on occasion.


What you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
  • 3-5 yrs of business analysis experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to collaborate across various teams
  • Self-motivated and driven business professional with the ability to influence business decisions and timelines
